Baby sitter / Nanny

I am looking for a active baby sitter who can take very good care of my 1-year-old daughter. A nanny needs to be active with her and make her learn new things every day. she needs to play with her and need to keep her busy. Also who can help me little with household work will be great.

They can commute on their own that will be great.
