~Looking for a female roommate to sublease my room in Avery Close starting 1st January, 2018
~ Spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse.
~ Rent is $250/person (shared room) or 500 for the full room.
~ Utilities like electricity, wi-fi are shared among the tenants.
~ Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, furniture etc. are in the house & shared with other roommates.
~ Avery Close is the nearest off-campus housing(10 min walking distance from campus).
~ 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop (CAT/ Wolfline) that will take you to both Main & Centennial campuses (D.H. Hill Library, Engineering Buildings, Hunt Library, etc.) and also to Food Lion (grocery store).
~ A nice swimming pool that is great for the summer.
~ No Bugs.
~ Food Options: Just cross the Avent ferry road and go to:
- Burger King (Open 24X7)
- Sammy's (For chicken wings, beer and more, open till 2 am)
- Ruckus (Awesome pizza, Philly, beer and live music, open till 2 am)
- Waffle House 
- Papa John's Pizza 
- Indian convenience store (Indian grocery)
