Need a Private Room with attached Bathroom in RTP area

Hello,

I am looking for a private bedroom with attached bathroom something close to the RTP companies. I am a very friendly person and I tend to do live without bothering anyone and treat people with respect. I am willing to stay a min of 6 months and depending on the place that I get, I am OK to sign a 12 month lease. I am home only around 45-50% of the time and I would be travelling for the most part outside of NC.
