Room available for a female from next week

I am subleasing my room which has personal bathroom though it is just outside the room. The rent is $620 excluding utilities and it is available from 1st of August or even before that if you want. Utilities for which you will have to pay are water, electricity and WiFi and all 3 will be split into 2 since the other person in other room will be paying half. Apart from the common living area and kitchen, there is also a small space for office/study work.

The other room is occupied by a female who is working at a bank.

The apartment complex is located at a prime area. Grocery stores like Walmart, target and food-lion are located within a mile. There is a shopping complex at walking distance. There are loads of restaurants in that mall
