I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (near Raleigh close to NC State University )for sublease or lease transfer from 16July2017 onwards for 6 months.
The apartment is neat and well maintained.It has a wahser and dryer and a storage room too.
The rent ,internet and utilites sum up to less than 1200/month.
I will be leaving all my belongings to the one who takes over the lease.It is partially furnished too. All amenities available :-free parking, gym, swimming pool and a near by lake with trail to walk.
