Roommate for sharing in 3 bed room town home @APEX

“I have 3 rooms to rent in my home in Beaver creek community , Apex. It’s a townhouse, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front of the house in 2 car garage. If don't have a car, we have plenty of local shops nearby in walking distance.  Other utilities are Sofa, Dining Table, washer, dryer and refrigerator. Your cut will be about $600 per month.  My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen.

The major shops in the beaver creek community are Super Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Dollar tree, Five below, kohls, AMC Movie theatre etc..

The Restaurants include Carabbas, Ihop , Chick fil a, Panda Express, Noodles company.

It's a great place to stay.
