Location : Marquis on Cary Parkway, Morrisville. I have a contract till September 23rd  but due to a personal work change, I need to relocate. I am looking to Sublease . Any one who are looking for shorter stay can get it used. The contract will be on my name . very nice indian community and well conencted to Indian stores. 

Regarding community: It's right in front of target and spice Hut community. you even don't need a car to move around. everything is walkable. I enjoyed staying here as much engaging Indian community kept my fun and friendly.
