I am currently staying in Village at Broadstone station apartments in Apex. The address is 10000 Broadstone way apex 27502.

 

I am looking for somebody who can sublease my apartment. The rent is around $950 depending on water usage. The lease is till March 2018. I moved into this apartment on Jan 4th 2017 so its in good condition.

 

The Walmart is in walkable distance as an added advantage.
