~ Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, furniture etc. are in the house & shared with other roommates.
~ 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop and 20 minutes drive to RTP.

~ Avery Close is the nearest off-campus housing(10 min walking distance from NCSU campus).
~ A nice swimming pool that is great for the summer.
~ No Bugs.
~ Food Options: Just cross the Avent ferry road and go to:
- Burger King (Open 24X7)
- Sammy's (For chicken wings, beer and more, open till 2 am)
- Ruckus (Awesome pizza, philly, beer and live music, open till 2 am)
- Waffle House 
- Papa John's Pizza 
- Indian convenience store (Indian grocery)
