Selenium Engineer/QA Automation

I am looking for a Java Engineer who has prior experience working on Test Automation frameworks, either building JUnit Tests or using TestNG. I have an immediate requirement with a Financial client and we can setup the interview immediately. The candidate will have to be knowledge'd in Java programming, build automation strategy and framework to this client, more than one project is the goal and the client will retain him/her for a long-haul. There is no opportunity for a start-up, this will be hands on and working in parallel with Scrum team to design TDD tests for the automation and deliver results. Rate is negotiable. 

The client is setting up expectations for a design POC during the first 2 weeks upon hire, you will be responsible to demo your POC in terms of test strategy, framework, data-driven mechanism, error handling and auto-email notification reporting from your framework. A great client, a great opportunit and you can improve your learning curve in Test Automation skillset. No fake resumes please, like I said, there will be a proof-of-concept you will demo to the client in the first 2 weeks and you will be responsible for the complete design of the automation strategy.
