Roommate for 1BR Apt

I've recently moved in a new apartment "Marquis at Cary Parkway". It is a 1BR apt. and I am looking for a roomate to share the expenses. SpicesHut/Bawarchi, Food Lion, DollarTree @Parkwest, CVS, Target etc are all at walkable distance. 

You will be 4required to pay 400$  along with other utilities (50$ max). We can discuss on this over the call.
