Looking for a mother's helper

We are expecting a baby on 27th April. We are looking for a great mother's helper to help us out for a few months. We have the following preferences

1) Should be VERY COMFORTABLE with a new born
2) Should have own transportation
3) Will need help with chores and errands like laundry, some groceries, light housekeeping
4) We have an old golden retriever. Should be comfortable with that
5) We are looking at about 6 hours every weekday for the first 4-6 weeks and then go alternate days for a few months.
