The other rooms in thehouse is occupied by one female and 2 males. 

Roomates are working and very friendly. The room is available to occupancy after 21st of Jan. 

The rent is 465, utlities including electricity, internet and water would add upto 60-100$. 

The room is furnished with book shelves and a queen size bed. 

Has ample parking space. Very good community with gym and swimming pool. Neighbours are americans and are very friendly.
