Looking for a room in Raleigh/Cary/Morrisville

Hi please read the full post as it will save you a lot of time :)

Location: I am looking for a room (preferably in a house) in between my job (Situs Ct, Raleigh) and the airport (Morrisville / RTP / Cary / Raleigh). A better visual can be seen on the map. It would be nice to be no more than 10 miles away from work and/or the airport. Cary, NC is probably my ideal preference. 

About myself: I am a 27-year old professional female (Pakistani/Muslim). I work on Situs Court (Raleigh) as a process engineer and make a steady income. I also have excellent credit and pay all my bills on time. I prefer to live with other respectable and responsible people. I don't come with any pets and I don't smoke or drink. I have an active lifestyle so I keep relatively to myself but I enjoy other peoples' company as well. I really enjoy funny TV shows such as Big Bang Theory, Seinfeld, etc.

Other misc. factors: I am engaged and therefore am looking for a flexible lease of 5 - 12 months. When I do decide to leave, I will give you a proper 30 day written notice and will not leave you hanging. In terms of rent, I prefer to pay no more than $550 all inclusive. This is only because I am saving for a house of my own :) I'm not cheap or stingy in any regards. Not to mention, I travel M - Th for work and am therefore only at home for 3 days out of the week. Right now my current rent in Cary is $500 all inclusive so I know that is certainly feasible within this area. Because of the traveling nature of my work, I don't have too much time to socialize. However, it is important for me to find the right connectivity with my landlord. 

Timeline: I would like a place before October 1st. Last but not least, I absolutely can not live without a washer and dryer. I am sure all girls can agree to that.
