I am looking for a female roomate, to share a bedroom with attached bath, in a 2BHK, 2bath apartment from Oct 1st, 2016 or even earlier. Address: Emerald forest drive, durham, nc -27713. Rent is 510 dollars, plus additional expenses for laundry, electicity, internet and ,miscellneous. Current lease ends in Jan, and roomate expected to sign the lease.
