This is a paying guest option for FEMALE ONLY.

Rent is 750$ Inclusive of Rent + utilities + Food (Breakfast/Lunch/dinner)

This is for ONE PERSON ONLY AND NO GUESTS ALLOWED.

200$ security deposit which is fully refundable at the time of leaving after cleaning the room.
