We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our professional team. This person will be responsible for answering all incoming calls using multi-line phone system, greeting visitors and performing general administrative duties. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work including data entries, internet search tasks, etc... 

The individual should be well versed with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills; both oral and written are required. Candidate must be able to follow instruction and also able to meet strict deadlines. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phones using a multi-line switchboard
• Greet visitors upon arrival and direct to appropriate staff
• Ordering all office supplies
• Must feel comfortable negotiating fees with Logistics Companies/Rental Companies/Vendors for various shipping needs
• Correspond with Warehouse Manager and warehouse staff regarding upcoming shipments
• Ensure reception area is tidy and clean
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be well organized and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be able to work in fast paced environment and work well under pressure
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Internet
• Professional Appearance
• Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
