Looking to replace myself in 1BHK apartment

I need to move out by this month end . There are 3 more months of lease remaining in this 1 BHK apartment at Audobon Parc apartments , Audobon Parc Dr, Cary -27518

Lease can be extended further.

Per head per month :$500 including trash,electricity,internet and water.

There is already one guy, my existing roommate.

But Can even sublesase if you coming with family.He is willing to move out.
