Need accomodation/room for rent

I am a full time IT professional and travel on week ends ( which means, I occupy the room only on week days) but am okay paying the rent for entire month. 

Preferences: 

1) Location - Near RTP(Meridian Pkwy, Durham, NC, 27713). Starting ASAP

2)Seperate bed room with a seperate bath (attached is more preferred)

3) Male room mate, incase of sharing condo or apt.

4) Okay with non veg cooking (meat/Chicken), incase kitchen is shared.
