Apartment lease @ Durham

Lease available for a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment at “The Flats @ 55 Twelve” Apartments at Mt. Moriah Road, Durham, NC.

I will be moving out of NC within 2 weeks as a result of job transfer and need to lease my apartment for which I have a lease till February 2017. The apartment would be available from around 5/12/2016.

Attached are the details of the apartment.

 This lease is going to be a new lease with the apartment and not a sub-lease, however the apartment rates would be the same rate that I am currently paying as in the attached advertisement. This rate would be valid until my lease termination which is Feb 2017.
