I currently live at Reserve at Cary park Apartments in Cary. But since I am planning to move to my own house, I will be needing to sublease for the last 5.5 months of my lease which ends 07/17/2016.
You can renew the lease if you like to. 

Apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 895 sqf. This is a ground floor unit so is very good for the family having small child.

Monthly rent is $888. It is in a quiet and nice area with a club house, swimming pool and zym (wellness center), indoor basket ball and an indoor Squash. The amenities are free for the residents. 

The mills park school is near by for elementary and middle schools.

There is a big shopping center in it's own compound including Harris teeter, CVS pharmacy, wells Fargo bank, wall-greens and a family hospital, triangle family dentistry and many restaurants. Kids r kids is just across the road.
