Individual room available for a female Indian non smoking roommate in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in brier creek area. Close to shopping, major freeways and Qualcomm. RTP is about 10 min drive.  This a brand new apartment with new lease that ends in July. Total rent for the apartment  is 1185 + utilities which will be split (so around 600 for the room).
