Looking for someone to sublease my 1bed/1bath apartment

Hi, 

I have a 1bed 1 bath apartment , ground floor, at Bell Plantation Apartment Complex Mooreville , zipcode 28117. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Taking over lease will be standard process of background check, security deposit and application fee. 

Base rent is 1290, internet and cable is 75 and utilities are based on usage.

The apartment is available from 04/18 and. The rent of April is already paid and I will not ask for April rent if you take over my lease from May which means 12 days of free accommodation. 

This is urgent.
