Hi, I have a single bedroom with shared bath available in 3Bed/2Bath apartment in Cary, 27519. Looking for a female professional who can stay for a long term. Available from June 1st week. 

Rent is $650/month plus utilities until June end on current lease. Lease is renewed from July 1st for a year long and rent will be $700/month from July1st. 

The location is just half a mile from Parkside Town Commons, Paragon Theaters, Target and close to Spices Hut Cary, Whole foods, Wegmans West Cary and Morrisville Walmart Supercenter.
