I am planning to move into a new apartment and have narrowed down a few options.

Would like to find a roommates who are intersted to move in together. Clean. No pets.

Rent - 700. Utilities will be split.

Deposit - 500$ which will be returned while moving out.

Do not need to sign a lease, but has to give a months notice before vacating.
