Look for place to stay/accommodation

Hi. I am looking for an accommodation in the Cary-Raleigh-Morrisville-apex area for 1 female (myself). i will be moving to the area around February 20th.
this will be a long term 
Looking to make good (preferably life long) and fun friends on the way. hoping to find people welcoming and nice. Preferably students. Preferably Telugu speaking females.
