Hi, I have a private bedroom available for rent with shared bath for a Female. Location is Cary 27519 and move in date is around Feb 1st. Room is 10"x11" and has a walking closet in it. Common areas are already furnished. This room is not furnished but I can provide some furniture if you do not have your own. Rent is $550 plus utilities per month. Less than a mile to Harris teeter, Target, Paragon theaters and Indian grocery.
