I have a single bedroom available for rent. The house has a 2 car garage and 2 cars can be parked in the driveway. 

Guest parking is also available. The house is equipped with a security system which alerts us anytime someone 

is close by door. All utilities are already set up. Rent is negotiable and one month rent is needed as security deposit. 

No lease is required. One month notice before vacating is mandatory.

The house is quite close to Indian groceries (Spices Hut) and other grocery stores like 

Walmart, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Aldi, Lidl etc.,
