Planning to lease an apartment (3bhk) in Republic Flats, Durham 27703 starting from 2nd/3rd week of Jan. I have stayed in this community for almost 2 years and want to continue further. Ideal for someone who works in RTP.  Walmart and Indian grocers are easily accessible.  Nice food options available on South Miami Blvd. Overall expenses is expected to be less than 600 pm.
