Description:JM Hospitality Solutions specializes in hospitality procurement and interior design. We provide a diverse portfolio of hospitality fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment OS&E.
We are currently seeking an organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper with a positive outlook that works well with others.
Essential Functions
- Process with account receivable and account payable and follow up with clients
- Calculate bid pricing from unit pricing to prepare estimates
- Working on collecting quotes from vendors and excellent in negotiation with quotes
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties and manage phone calls and correspondence
- Organizes maintains, and or purges files, documents, and/or logs
- Keep the office clean and organized, removing trash weekly, and keeping the lobby free of packages and clutter
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management
- Competency in MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel, accuracy and attention to detail, and Admin assistance experience required a minimum of 2 years.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Salary may vary as per qualification and the actual salary will be decided after one month of performance
