- BATHROOM: All yours with a Walk-in closet.
- WASHER/DRYER: Yes, downstairs.
- INTERNET: Yes, Google Fiber - pings approximately 350 mbps on wi-fi, and will ping 850+ if you need wired connection for heavy use.
- ROOMMATES: 4 bedrooms - Master bedroom - can be yours! 1 Room is my office. 2 rooms are occupied by male tenants with full time jobs.
- NON-SMOKING: Can smoke outside ONLY. We do not allow any smoking in the home of any kind, and the residence is NOT 4/20-friendly.
- RENTAL TIMELINE: If you can do 6 months or longer that would be best. But open to shorter terms as long as we can both agree.
