I am looking for hosuemate/s in a single family home 4bed/3bath near Apex Costco. 3 Rooms available for Renting. 

It is going to be $450 rent and $150(utilities)/ month per room. 1 month rent advance starting July 1.

I am single male living in the house and looking for friendly, easy going and clean person/s who keeps the house clean.
