Looking for Roommate

Hi, I am looking for female (Preferably vegetarian) roommate only for townhome in morrisville. It is going to be $650 including utilities and $200 deposit from July.  It is brand new townhome you will have your own bathroom and bedroom. I am single female living in the house and looking for friendly, easy going and clean person who keeps the house clean. You will have to sign legal papers it is not a lease but something that binds legal contract that you are living in the house with me for the safety of yours and myself as a formality.
