Room Available 600$ (No Lease)

Hi friends,

I have a single room (with attached full bathroom) available for rent in my townhome in Apex. Rent will be 600$ (without utilities included) (Negotiable) and it is due beginning of the month. There is NO LEASE period enforced for the room. It is conveniently located near groceries (Indian), Walmart, Walgreens, and other stores. I have all supplies in the house for your convenience.
