Looking for a Roomate. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment near Crabtree valley mall. We are a couple in our 20’s and we will occupy the Master bedroom. Looking for a professional roommate. We do have a friendly cat (in the master bedroom) and keep the house clean and smelling fresh at all times. The bedroom for rent will have its own personal bathroom but not attached to bedroom unit. Rent is $750 + Utilities (approx $100). Pets not allowed. No lease no application fee but background check will be done. 

Apartment complex has covered parking deck, swimming pool, club house , gym, yoga room and package concierge.
