I have an unfurnished room in a brand new town home that I am looking to rent. It's a nice sized 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home, with 2 furnished living rooms, washer dryer. All the bedrooms are upstairs including the laundry room. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom. Also, there will not be enough room for additional furniture, just enough for bedroom furniture. Rent will be 500 including Utilities.
